For your information, MASHAV, Israel's National Agency for International Development Cooperation,  has undergone a policy change in a way that the emphasis is given to offering courses following a "demand-driven" model instead of a "supply-driven" one. This means less international courses and more national tailor-made ones. Given this shift in policy, we are not publishing a general courses list on our web site.

If you wish to enquire about a MASHAV course that suits your abilities and field of expertise, we recommend that you first contact the Israeli Mission in your country.

Following such consultation, you can print the necessary application forms directly from this Internet site or obtain them from your local Israeli representative. After completion, they should be submitted in writing to the Israeli Diplomatic Mission in your area.
