Hosting Senior Advisor to Kazakhstan at COP29

H.E Ambassador Eynat Shlein, Head of MASHAV and Deputy Director General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, had the honor of hosting Ms. Zulfiya Suleimenova, Senior Advisor to the President of Kazakhstan and former Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources, at COP29.

During the session, discussions revolved around the role of international development as a critical tool in combating climate change, addressing challenges faced by the developing world, and fostering international partnerships. These efforts directly contribute to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG17).

The event highlighted the importance of collaborative global efforts in tackling climate and developmental challenges, further strengthening ties between Israel and Kazakhstan.
