Since its establishment, MASHAV has promoted the centrality of the enrichment of the human resource and institutional capacity building in the development process, based on the demands and needs of partner countries. Our programs, based on our ‘training the trainers’ approach, are designed and implemented all over the world in collaboration with local actors and in alignment with the Sustainable Development Agenda and with national development priorities of our partner countries, identified together through constant development dialogues.
